Overview

Due to the unique nature of Vintage and Second Hand Goods, there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES available once items are purchased.

Items from the HAND MADE/CUSTOM REQUEST MAKES Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES.

Every effort will be made to satisfy your needs in the case of a discrepancy or error but there will not be refunds issued or returns accepted.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products, pdfs, digital patterns/goods, digital or physical artwork, etc.
  • Health and personal care items

Late or Missing Item(s)?

You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please follow up with the shipping vendor to track the expected arrival time of your item(s). All items are shipped insured covering the value of the purchase of the item(s). If an item is damaged, missing, or stolen once shipped, follow up and claims should be made with the shipping vendor. Once items are shipped by Crossroads Cottage Co the shipping vendor has assumed all responsibilities for the item(s).

Sale items

Coupons and sales are subject to posted terms. One discount per item and per order.

Exchanges

Only applies to HANDMADE GOODS: If an order is damaged in shipping, please contact your shipper for insurance compensation. All items are shipped with insurance matching the COST PAID for the item.

Gifts

Due to the unique nature of handcrafting and hand sewing gifted items/goods are not returnable for refunds or size exchange.
